I provide a progressive full body massage, first with a light calming touch, then to a firmer touch, and if desired, deep tissue work tailored to your specific needs.
I finish your session with a hot towel rub and lavender or eucalyptus scent to refresh your body, mind and spirit to be ready for the next day.
